旋风除尘器二次扬尘的影响因素及改进方案

摘要：对旋风除尘器二次扬尘的影响因素进行了分析，总结出锥体部分的结构影响分离效率，对锥体部分进行了结构改进，形成双排灰结构，以提高旋风除尘器的分离效率，为进一步挖掘旋风除尘器的潜能开辟新的思路。

　　 Abstract：The influence faetors of reentrainment of cyclone dust collector were analyzed．The result showed that the structure of conical part of collector influenced separation efficiency，SO it was renovated with double ash discharge structure to improve the separation efficiency of collector．’Ihe renovation provided a new way to develop the potency of cyclone dust collector．
